Third Age (roughly from age 50 to 80) is a period rich in possibilities and potential. It is a 30+ year life bonus that was not available to previous generations. In Third Age your focus shifts from outer achievement to inner fulfillment. By looking within, you find what gives you purpose and passion so your Third Age truly becomes the best part of your life.
Third Age Fulfillment Coaching Program gives you the opportunity to think of this new period of your life in creative ways and to explore what it is you want to be and do with this time in your life.
The Program is based on the multiyear study of the challenges and opportunities of aging by Dr William Sadler, author of The Third Age, Six Principles of Growth and Renewal After Forty.
You begin by completing the thought-provoking self-assessment to determine where you are in relationship to your own Third Age. This pre-work is followed by twelve weekly sessions using the specially developed Third Age Workbook coupled with the on-going support of Vickie Townson, a trained and licensed Third Age Coach.

▪ Redefine what success means to you;
▪ Learn how to balance mindful reflection and risk-taking;
▪ Develop realistic optimism;
▪ Balance work and play;
▪ Build a more caring life that includes self-care and care of others
▪ Create a Third Age Life Portfolio that is unique to you.
Each session builds upon the work of the previous sessions and assists you in making powerful choices that lead you to rewarding Third Age roles and identities.
The Program can be done individually, as a couple, or as part of a group. The following are details of the format for each:
The Individual Program consists of twelve weekly 60-minute telephone sessions. The Program includes e-mail access with Vickie between sessions and a 30-minute coaching call with Vickie to be scheduled after the last session.
If you and your spouse prefer to work together, the Couple Program consists of twelve weekly 75-minute telephone sessions. The Program includes e-mail access with Vickie between sessions and an individual 30-minute coaching call with Vickie to be scheduled after the last session.
If you prefer group interaction, the Group Program consists of twelve weekly 90-minute telephone sessions (using a designated bridge line). Each group is limited to 6 participants. The Program includes e-mail access with Vickie between sessions and an individual 30-minute coaching call with Vickie to be scheduled after the last session.
